I have big news: Conductor is joining Meta.

We launched Conductor a lifetime ago, in the distant past of July 2025. Writing most of your code with agents (let alone a team of coding agents) felt crazy back then. You trusted us to come along for the ride, and we cannot thank you enough!

We have some big, crazy plans for the next interface. If you liked Conductor, you’re gonna love what’s coming. We’ll have something new for you to use early next year.

Conductor will keep working as normal till then, except for Conductor Cloud, which will shut down over the next few weeks. We’ve built an easy way to transfer Conductor Cloud workspaces to local, and we’re around to help make the transition as easy as possible. Reach out to [email protected] if you need anything.

Thank you again for your support!

Timeline

  1. Wednesday, Nov 4

No new sign-ups, free for existing users

New users can no longer sign up for Conductor or download the app. Existing free users can’t upgrade to a pro plan, but pro users can keep using pro features for free.

  2. Friday, Nov 13

    Conductor Cloud goes read-only

Conductor Cloud workspaces go read-only. You can still read old chats and export data, but you can’t send new messages. Active subscribers will get a refund.

  3. Friday, Nov 20

    Conductor Cloud shuts down

We begin deleting Conductor Cloud user data. Please export your data before this date.

  4. Local Conductor will continue to receive new models and critical bug fixes until early 2027.

We hope to have something new you can use by then!
