This could be worth reporting on.the only downside is how common cops act like this. Cop loses it at man asking him to do his job and help his kidnapped son
I’m not, you make an assertion, it’s on you to prove it. If you state that the mother did not have custody, it’s on you to prove it, again not here to do your homework.
My country also hanged that motherfucker upside down.
You country invented KKK, it’s the only country to ever use nukes in the history of mankind, has overthrown more democratically elected governments than you can count to install fascist dictators… I could go on. I have an infinite list of shit if you want…
But the most important thing is that this is the stupidest argument ever.
None of this has anything to do with the topic at hand and none of us is certainly responsible for stuff that happened when we weren’t even born.
ah yeah, we”re all v ignorant here. if only we had a chance to be enlightened by the already enlightened. ah well, another time you will get to save a day, maybe
Academy & union as 1st , his employer as 2nd & whatsoever left over 3rd & got to get rid of the bad apples or pull the funding of so served & protest bs !!!
How does this make sense to you?? Its not their responsibility to find the kid but its also against the law for you to go looking. What if you ended up missing? Do you want to just be forgotten about?
Sure, and once this kidnapping victim is trafficked long enough they're not a part of the community anymore.
I'm repeating the legal arguments upheld in jurisprudence altering this from failure of duty to self defense against unreasonable demands.
Police aren't magical. You shouldn't use them as a security argument any more than expecting them to do every little thing.
Plus what if this isn't kidnapping; they just skipped out on rent and the police are being used to serve them papers now. The community's taken advantage of the police to conduct itself as a hostile agent against the community itself. That's wrong.
What kind of fucked up sinister bullshit old pedophile white man argument is that??
A kid does not lose their familial relations because they were fucking KIDNAPPED.. that is kidnapper talk HELLO?
Your a blockhead. My entire life has been the government making a concerted effort to make my life worse, its nothing new, doesn't mean its normal or okay.
“Agitator”? He did 0 to deserve that. Totally unjustified use of force. Cop had no reasonable reason to fear for his own safety, wasnt being attacked, wasn’t about to be attacked, wasn’t being prevented from leaving or going about his day.
That doesn't protect you until after the cop arrests you.
You can scream about how it isn't right or fair, but he's still arrested. If he had taken the video he already had and spread it he could have done as much damage to the cop's reputation. Ignoring a call is pretty serious.
All he had to do was step back from the car. What did he really gain by geting the shit kicked out of him? Maybe he got a stronger case, but it's entirely possible the union is gonna argue he antagonized him by refusing to follow his commands. So it's up in the air.
Cant reign in emotions? Like the cop? Why do you accept a world where people have to walk on eggshells so public servants dont execute them? Take the boot out of your throat.
I have total respect for law enforcement, and don’t appreciate the implication that I don’t. But there’s a difference between respecting them and being a pushover. Citizens have rights and the cops must respect those rights, and there should be severe consequences when/if cops violate citizens’ rights and/or department policy.
I didn’t see the cop violate the citizens rights I saw a brat who antagonized a cop and got punched in the face for it. That’s life hopefully a lesson learned.
Bro cops are supposed to serve the public or did you forget that. This was clearly a situation where there was no threat to the cop and he chose to escalate into what will soon become a lawsuit. Good riddance to this idiot and get all cops like this off the force.
Unfortunately public sector falls victim to adverse selection so we don’t get the best or the brightest in uniform.
A wrongful arrest is, by definition, a violation of a person’s 4th Amendment rights. If there was no probable cause and there was no warrant, the arrest is wrongful.
Well, clearly you are a mediocre man (Im guessing white?) Who has never had reason for any other feelings towards cops.
This man's child has not been found, almost a year later. Now tell me why this asshole cop deserves respect. It could very well be his inaction that led to this child's death, which is way more likely than not.
MSRomaine721 | a day ago
I hope the father takes the police department to court - there are different legal standards in a civil suit than with police policing themselves.
[OP] AngelHasAShotgun | a day ago
His child is still missing. That's just...unfathomable. Gotta say, if this was me? I am burning shit down until someone listens.
GravelRoadJunkie | 23 hours ago
Missing with the child’s mother, there seems to be a bit more to the story than this short clip shows.
zsal830 | 10 hours ago
statistically in the US, most cases of kidnapping are perpetrated by the non-custodial parent
GravelRoadJunkie | 6 hours ago
Cool, that doesn’t answer the question.
Van-garde | 4 hours ago
Does your support of the officer’s actions depend on this information?
GravelRoadJunkie | 4 hours ago
Nope but it does change the narrative of the father’s actions.
JungleIsNeutral | 19 hours ago
Who does not have custody. It is a kidnapping.
GravelRoadJunkie | 18 hours ago
Haven’t seen anything that says that, again full context would be better here than just a short video.
JungleIsNeutral | 18 hours ago
Spoonfed.
GravelRoadJunkie | 18 hours ago
No, I just demand proof of other people’s assertions, I’m not here to do your homework.
JungleIsNeutral | 17 hours ago
I am not here to do your homework.
Right.

Then why even comment? Take 5 seconds to ask AI about the story
BrutalSock | 20 hours ago
Policing in the US is fucked beyond any possible reason. I’m not American and this shit pisses me off, I have no idea how you put up with this.
TarkuRav | 8 hours ago
Our only gun laws were passed when armed black Americans stood up for their rights. I feel so ashamed to be from this country.

Still missing, apparently.
Massive_Series8305 | 21 hours ago
Yeah but like how
BaronVonHugendon | 15 hours ago
Ah well you see, the mechanism by which he is missing is that he isn't there.
Massive_Series8305 | 13 hours ago
Yeah but what did he do, did the kid like burrow a tunnel under last Vegas to put teslas in, what happened

I just kinda assumed he simply faded out of existence like that guy doing the peace sign

An agitator the whole time. First with the papers then Why walk up to the car, then not back up when the cop tells you to? Completely avoidable

Youre right. Better to cower. That'll change things.

Nobody said cower. You got the guy refusing to help on camera.
But by all means, get yourself thrown in prison because you cant reign in your emotions. That'll deffo help lol

I don't, I quit when I'm ahed, have video evidence and publish it later.

HE DID STWP BACK
Majestic_Balance1887 | a day ago
No? He very clearly didn't after being told four times to do so. He stood there.
[OP] AngelHasAShotgun | a day ago
He absolutely did. The cop decided it wasn't good enough without giving any time to comply. Stop apologizing for this kind of brutal cruelty.
His child had still never been found.
Majestic_Balance1887 | a day ago
No. He didn't. He straight up refused, raised his hands above his head and got taken down.
What do you gain by clearly lying? Do you not see the damage you're doing to your own cause?
Chebbzthehpal | a day ago
See it how you see it I guess I just respect law enforcement and don’t antagonize them.
Electronic-Bison6549 | a day ago
Why don't you respect cops enough to expect them to be able to control their emotions?
Chebbzthehpal | a day ago
I do for sure. Did he explode sure. Was he antagonized? yes the whole video. The whole situation was avoidable is my point.
Electronic-Bison6549 | a day ago
We agree, the cop could have been an adult who can control his ego and his emotional outburst instead of being a petulant little bitch.
Past_Chart_2718 | a day ago

Cops have a different definition of respect. And that's the issue. They have done many, many things that make that trust a facade at best.
