I feel like it couldn’t possibly be an intentional thing, but it’s amusing how 100 is a big release.

it’s intentional-ish, AFAIR both never type and allocator API threads mentioned that it would be cool to stabilize it in time for 1.100 release window. I think it if wasn’t a pretty number, they could plausibly be stabilized in separate releases
