Vaccines do not cause autism, ADHD, or any disorders that people have claimed it to cause. The evidence points to it being overwhelmingly safe and beneficial to society.
They hate evidence and reason but they always have some weird, fringe “factoid” they’ll call evidence to “reason” something that’s the opposite of science.
1/0.00000053 is 1.89 million - you're off by a factor of 1000. But if you really meant percentage, then you're off by a factor of 100,000. So at worst, vaccines are 1000 times safer than guns. If you mean percentages, they are 100,000 times safer.
Brought to you by people who do math for a living.
You tilt at that windmill buddy, you're totally providing valuable commentary.
Edit: People die driving cars every day, yet transport is essential. Or if you don't like cars, people get into bicycling accidents, train and bus accidents, plane accidents, they trip and fall while walking. Walking isn't safe!
People choke on food and die. Eating isn't safe. People slip in the shower and die all the time. Should we take the concerns of an anti-bathing movement seriously? Do their work for them? How about vending machines, they fall on people and crush them to death.
Nothing is 100% safe. Nobody is claiming it is. That doesn't mean there's some actual problem about edge cases being ignored, we already know there's a subset of people who have bad reactions to vaccines. They rely on everyone else taking vaccines so preventable diseases don't get a foothold.
By being pedantic about how vaccines are only 'overwhelmingly' safe and not actually 100% safe - which is impossible - you're achieving nothing but giving ammunition to people who play up and bullshit about how dangerous and scary vaccines are. Your comment didn't need to be made, it's just handwringing about a non-problem and holding vaccines up to a genuinely impossible standard.
There are some wildly ignorant science haters/deniers frantically downvoting comments in this thread. Some folks working really hard to not understand the difference between overwhelmingly safe + occasionally risky in exceptionally rare instances.
The amount of fools who are bamboozled by selfish clowns into thinking all vaccines are super dangerous is too damn high!

Maybe this scientific study will convince all of the people that don’t believe in scientific evidence!

How do we reason with unreasonable people?
How do we have real conversations with people who reject reality?

People like that will believe anything as long as you can't prove it.

Top three advances in public health, in no particular order:
Vaccines
Sanitation
Antibiotic drugs
the amount of human suffering saved by these three can’t be overestimated and the evidence is overwhelming.

Autism causes vaccines. A lot of people who work in biotech are neurodivergent, compared to the average.

How many anti-vaxers will change their minds after reading this?

Might be better to let the natural filter do its thing.

Peer-reviewed studies has proven this and yet many are choosing to ignore this fact. The benefits of vaccines far outweighs the risks.

Could somebody please link the actual analysis? The meta-analysis that this is based on?

At ~50% population receiving any vaccine in 2025, and 933 people being paid for damages, the rate of vaccines being unsafe is
%0.00000053 or 1 incident for every 200,000 people.
Unintentional deaths and injuries from guns? .28 incidents for every 200,000 gun owners.
Guns are thus safer then vaccines.

"overwhelmingly safe"
Not safe.
So we need to stop ignoring edge cases like they don't exist.
And antivaxxers need to stop treating edge cases like they are common.
