Not to be That Guy™ but ... "Running a Minecraft Server" is absolute nonsense - it does the bare minimum to let a client perform the initial login steps. No blocks, no gameplay, nothing actually that's Minecraft serving.
(I don't know how big a Bedrock server is these days but the Java server for my 1.20.1 world is 46M on its own. That's ignoring multi-tens of megabytes of extra guff it needs to run plus tens of megabytes of storage for the generated chunks. Ain't no way that's ever even approaching running on a RISC-V emulator running at 6kHz with 40K of storage.)
