This is sweet, love the aesthetic.

thanks a bunch!
On mobile when I scroll few pages down while only looking at images, it is impossible to tell if caption is above or below image, where it belongs.

I guess you cannot see the almost-invisible borders of the images. They group the image and text together a bit better. But yeah, the design fails to be accessible in less ideal viewing conditions for sure.

thanks for the feedback! i’ve increased the spacing on mobile, so it should be clearer now which caption belongs to each animation.

As someone who grew up with Milkdrop, these seem a bit dull/minimalistic.

It hurts me that 160 sound visualizations later I am less interested in sound than I would've been with one, just one, compelling viz.

Wow, these are beautiful! Are you open to others using these in applications? There is no license in the repo so I am unsure :)

The repo has a LICENSE that declares MIT. Bottom of README.md does too, with some caveats about fonts.

Ah, thank you! I did a quick cmd+f search, and realized now upon seeing your comment that it's one of those words that I consistently misspell!

None of these help me understand what the sound is like because they’re all time-domain which runs way too fast for humans to intuit. Visualizations in the frequency domain are a lot more natural.

Overall I agree I don't "see" a lot in most of these, but there are actually a few spectral visualizations in there that are a bit more telling
