She's the idiot for never checking into the laws about common law marriage and just assuming. He's an idiot for signing his retirement account away to the NRA. She's an idiot for letting herself get taken advantage of by a predatory lawyer who, along with the NRA, are the ones who made money from these deaths. I don't blame the NRA for this. If someone offered to give me $500k after they died I would accept it also.
If her and her husband are dumb enough to be literal Confederate flag flying racists, they are probably also going to be dumb enough to be taken advantage of by smarter people. This time it was the NRA and her own lawyer. She didn't even take the flag down for the picture. She's proudly showing this to the world.
