I guess if you already have two "free" cabinets, this may make sense, but otherwise it won't? Server rack cabinets are relatively expensive compared to other general-purpose shelving while not exactly providing any benefits (?) and not being suited for high-humidity environments.
all that said, if you actually just want to grow stuff, you should probably not do any of this. this is not a serious guide and there are better approaches out there.

One other important tip: if you only have one rack, put the servers above the hydroponics, rather than vice versa.
