I mean he was a victim of human trafficking, he was doing the best he could. Though I'm afraid now that awareness of these Burmese & Laotian scams are increasing (especially in places like China), the criminal gangs behind these call centers might actually switch to forcing their trafficked victims to plead for ransom money and we will see a system of extortion similar to Libya.
