If it's cold, there's an indoor public space at 1 Bryant Park, the Bank of America building, adjacent to the Starbucks, where the NYC Systems Coffee Club used to meet.

Ah maybe. We met in the morning. There's another even bigger indoor public space a bit north in the IBM building connected to Trump tower.
