the problem is that you can say 1000 people have measles but unless 950 of them die, the media will not care and neither will the MAGA anti vaxx people. Unless, they know someone who has suffered from it, to them it's a statistical error.

I think it FAR exceeds 1,000. The cases reported in S Carolina are at 979, N Carolina is reporting 25. Large outbreaks in Wa, Utah, Texas, Florida, Arizona and possibly more are being reported every week. This will be a bad year.

Trumps measles surge appeases the infernal hunger for plagues and famine.

Blessed be the fruit. Isn’t it great having a weak voiced, worm brain, leather skinned, witch Dr as sec of health?
Special Edward could do a better job

So if these ppl are going to the doctor and it’s recorded why aren’t they getting vaccinated to prevent spread

Once you already have an active case, vaccination doesn't do anything to help reduce spread. It isn't a treatment, it's a preventative.

For comparison the number of confirmed cases in 2025 was about 2200, we aren’t even 3 months into 2026 and already pushing the 50 percent mark for all of last year.
