My custom jit's register allocator broke my brain, precisely the livelyness analysis was very hard to get right. This article really seems to formalise a few concepts i only had a vague understanding of, even though my allocator is very less capable and only does allocation while compiling and thus needs to evict and spill as it goes, maybe ill improve on it in the future but right now im just glad it works :|
