will we be able to understand all there is to understand about this universe, given enough time?

The questions we can formulate depends on what we can measure (abstract questions can be formulated as what if/what if not cases, and why not cases). Suppose we quantify the possible measurements as M. Then for some subset of this M, there exists a valid question. Answers to these questions may increase the size of our measurements, and hence M. Assuming we have infinite resources and time, will this process cover all there is to measure?

Will we be able to truly discover everything there is to discover?
